9/12 live eviction episode

So whoever is evicted does NOT get to meet Julie tonight! This season just gets worse and worse for Quinn! Especially because he thinks he's staying

So, if she feels "good and strong" why not just have her do the episode via a Zoom type thing? She could talk to the hg's the same, talk to the audience and us the same and then do the interview with the evicted hg as well?

Not that I think she is so valuable to the show or anything, but it just seems weird to go to this extreme if she feels fine, but no big deal.

Jerry O'Connell can sometimes be entertaining and sometimes a bit over the top for me. I think they should have chosen someone we would recognize from BB or something. Oh, wait, they would probably pick Taylor if that was the case, so NEVER MIND.

You can't make this shit up, it just comes naturally from this cast.

I wonder if production will give them a heads up about Julie or if they will leave it up to Jerry to tell them. Can you imagine their faces when Jerry says "houseguests" and it is not Julie? That would be entertaining because their imaginations would go crazy for a hot minute. But I have a feeling they will be told during the rehearsal thing they do before the live show.

Or Jerry O'Connell is the Ainsley twist we've been hearing about!

Hey, maybe Ainsley is going to be the new host forever and Jerry is just there to hand over the baton! Julie is pretty robotic most of the time anyway, so it isn't even a challenge for AI to be generated to take her place!

What a boring episode. They really dragged things out too far. And the part they should have shown more of was the Angela part where she warned Chelsie about this new alliance and Chelsie told her in that first meeting that she wanted her to go and talk to Leah FIRST and make sure her perception is what happened, which Angela did. So Leah KNEW she had talked to Chelsie about that situation. They fixed it all up so it looked like something completely different.

Now the part where Angela went to check on Leah in the shower DID happen and she did go and talk to Chelsie (as well as everyone else in the house) to clear her name and what she said, the problem is that Chelsie knew EXACTLY what was said. But, a big part left out was the entire hours long meeting in the HOH room the night before the veto where Chelsie and MJ basically told Leah about all of it and she threw Quinn and Angela both under the bus to make sure she didn't go up, but said NOTHING to anyone and looked shocked at the meeting and after.

They also didn't give Cam any credit for helping Chelsie and MJ make the decision of who should go on the block and who should go as well. It made it look like he made 1 little comment and it was over.

Next was the stupid interaction stuff between Quinn and Leah where she leads him on when they are alone, but then runs from him in front of others. Then she goes to the DR and says she thinks she has a crush on him? I have a feeling she thinks she is being portrayed in a certain way and wanted to change that OR she thought she would get some more air time with a budding "showmance" if he were to stay in the game.

Now let's talk about Jerry filling in for Julie. He did fine, no big deal there. But, it shows that Julie's lines for the votes in the DR are definitely written for her and not something she comes up with on her own. We all knew that, but it REALLY showed up because he was reading the EXACT words and Julie tries to make people think she actually knows what is going on in the house and when she interviews them, but obviously anyone could step in there and take over without anyone really noticing anything. Even Jerry did what seemed like a little more free-wheeling during the interview than Julie does to be honest.

Lastly, this "announcement" by Ainsley told us NOTHING either. The only thing I can think of is that they are going to have some sort of robot running around the house asking questions, catching people talking and calling out (Leah what were you talking to Tkor about?), or just other annoying things. It might be kind of fun to watch for about 2 hours, then it will get old. I also predict that this new AI will bring in Zingbot for the veto this week by accessing something on the mainframe or something.

I got very bored during the episode and found myself scrolling on my phone while they did the "updates". I did think the whole crush on Quinn thing was funny. How much you want to bet that she was coerced by production to say that?

I have a feeling that Leah is far from the person she is trying to portray. She is a VIP cocktail waitress which means she is used to serving rich people. I just get the vibe that she is more along an escort line than she is an actual waitress. So this flirting with people comes natural. Of course I could almost hear Joseph have a heart attack when they showed that part of her DR.

And yes, Jerry filled in just fine. They really could have changed those liens up a bit jsut for some variety. It really doesn't matter to me one way or the other.

The Ainsley thing is ridiculous and likely already started. It's now 12 hours after the show ended and the feeds still have not come back. If this is a pressure cooker endurance comp, why not show it on the feeds. I'm certain it has something to do with this AI, Junior Artificial Nero-kinetic Intelligence Entity (JANIE). They all immediately thought zingbot but I hope to never see zingbot again. Especially this season, they did the paranoia with peoples thoughts with those stupid AI taunts.

And also no announced double for next week. I'm still thinking this is one of two things. They want to make sure Julie is healthy before doing a double so it got pushed back or they are going to try a triple like they did during small stars. (The 10/3 evction episode is 2 hours)

I was thinking the same thing about the comp, if it is an endurance comp of any kind let us watch it. They have already taken so much of it from us without the flashback and having the feeds down all the time why not throw us a bone or two along the way.

I think Leah is EXACTLY who she is portraying on the show. Her conversations point to it. She said she broke up with her ex, who had provided her with an apartment and expenses, etc., but it was the right thing to do. But she also said it was really hard to do it FINANCIALLY. That tells me she can be bought and paid for even if it is for a short time. She got the apartment and expenses free for a while and then kicked him to the curb. Remember her video coming in said she likes "chubby guys." No problem, to each his own, but I am wondering if these are guys who don't have too many other options and have a lot of money of course.

When she came into the house, her first target was Matt, but he had eyes for MJ. Her next target was Cam and their flirting was pretty mutual, but he wouldn't pledge complete devotion to her. So she moved on to Quinn and Joseph. So I don't buy this thing that she is "attracted" to "chubby guys" or "nerdy guys" she wants those who will be devoted to her and nobody else.

But she is navigating the game pretty well for not having any real alliance throughout the game. Her and MJ were supposed to be together from the beginning, but she has thrown her under the bus at every turn, even when talking to Chelsie last week saying she had to tell MJ not to use her name for anything anymore.

She is just not my cup of tea, but I said weeks ago she would be one to watch because she is very good at making people believe her, so I give her credit for that part anyway.

With all the bullshit they showed last night, how is this not shown?

It really was funny he did it for much of the day, but I forgot about it. They are right, it should have made the show for sure.
