Yes, with all the shit going on in the world, God is going to make sure that Chelsie wins the HoH in Big Brother. I get that they don't know about the hurricane that just hit, but it's not like there was no bullshit going on when they went in the house

I think it is great that MJ and Chelsie are both people of faith and are proud of that fact. But, like you, I am bothered when people think God is helping them win this game or any game for that matter. MJ said a prayer with Chelsie last night asking for strength and support to get them through the rest of the game, but didn't ask for or expect that God would be helping them win. Even earlier in the season, just before the AI arena she won to take out Tucker, she said she was praying and felt her faith so strongly that it made her calm and that is what she thought helped her win. So it is not the hand of God helping in the game, but giving her the peace she needed at the time. Sometimes it is a fine line for sure, but at least praying for strength is completely different than asking for God to help you win whatever it is you are endeavoring to do.

I admit, I only read what I saw in the updates, and a lot of the people on twitter or so anti-religion they could very well be taking it out of context. The praying for strength and guidance is very different than praying to help them win.

It's such a fine line though. Like when Brooklyn, another woman of faith, got evicted she said she had no regrets because things happen for a reason. Well, when you fall back on that excuse, that removes free will from the equation and is usually something someone comes up with to avoid accountability

No Chelsie does pray for God to help her win this game all the time. The prayer I am referring to above, MJ did WITH Chelsie in the HOH room and Chelsie said what a great prayer.

And I agree with you about people saying God is involved in every aspect of your life. If that were the case we would have all saints walking the earth instead of flawed humans. He gave us free will and how we use it determines our path in life most times. Do I believe in miracles happening sometimes, sure but that is a very rare thing for sure.

So I guess this video is something that someone on the staff recorded and leaked and that is why people are in such an uproar over this. Many calling it an invasion of privacy since this part of it was never shown on the feeds. Here's the thing, it doesn't matter if it was shown on the feeds, that option was always there and these people know they are being recorded 24/7 so there is zero expectation of privacy. But dinog is correct in saying someone will probably get fired over it (Once they figure out who did it), but to me the whole thing is pretty stupid

Funny how production is selective in which intimate scenes they put out there for everyone to see on the feeds and those that are blocked. Like you said, there is no expectation of privacy, so whether it was leaked or was on the feeds, it is not that big of a deal in my opinion. Everyone knew it happened also because Rubina and Tucker talked about it on the feeds a number of times.

I saw something about Rubina claiming what they did would not be able to be shown on the feeds, insinuating that it was above the covers, which basically makes it straight up live porn for the crew that works the cameras for the feeds. Either way, they knew there were cameras and even have to sign off on it before going in there so not an issue.

Even if they had their thing during wake-up call when they know the feeds are not being shown, that doesn't mean they are free from the cameras

Rubina is not the first one I have heard talking about these things not being able to be shown on camera (not this season, but in recent seasons), so I wonder if production is telling them something that leads them to believe this or people are just assuming it is the case. That being said anyone who is a fan of the show can attest to the fact that this stuff is in fact shown on the feeds some of the time and there is no guarantee of that. I believe Tucker and Rubina had a conversation about this as well, so maybe that is where she got her information.

I remember the season with James (the comp beast they couldn't get rid of for a long time) and a girl (don't remember her name) bragged about the fact that they would just have sex in the HOH room without blankets or anything because then they know it couldn't be shown on the feeds. Well not being on the feeds is one thing, but like you said those cameras are still there and always rolling. I guess they just didn't care about it.
